How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I personally find this Tumblr funny, and I do agree with some of her choices, because sometimes people go overboard. But she didn't make it to hurt people's feelings, she made it just for kicks. It becomes a problem when people get uptight about their ponies, thinking that they are so incredibly perfect that nothing should dare question them, and then they threaten her and say mean and hurtful things like I've seen in the past. Personally, I have had two of my oc's on her tumblr, and I have seen an increase in watchers and commissions because of it. I find her blog to be very helpful.

But get serious people, who in their right mind thinks that this is a good oc:
"A dj Alicorn pony who is married to rainbow dash, is Celestia and Luna's brother, is best bro's with DJ PON3, and has magic stronger than twilight's, who technically is the second strongest pony (Magically) in all of Equestria, and if you anger him he will turn into a dark shadow form and kill you with magic with no repercussions whatsoever"

All I have to say... WHY?!?!?! What part of that sounds even remotely like a good oc?

If you think she's so horrible, and you think she's a troll, then here is some advice: STOP FEEDING THE TROLL!
This can mean one of two things.
Either,
1. Make a pony oc that is not an Alicorn, has less than two colors on it's coat, has less than 4 colors in it's mane and tail, isn't a recolor of a pre-existing character, has nothing to do with any of the characters in the show period, and isn't completely op.
OR
2. Stop making pony oc's and then posting them for everyone to see.
OR
3. Laugh it off and move on.

Okay, seriously, you need to look into who you rally before you do it. I like that blog and submit my own characters to it. It's very annoying to get two comments saying the same thing :T

And another thing, why don't you guys just chill? It's just someone stating their opinion. Maybe you should take the criticism, learn from it, and move on. It's not the end of the world that your bright red and pitch black alicorn character, that is faster than Rainbow Dash, and more powerful than Nightmare moon and Celestia put together, or your drone Changeling that broke away from the swarm to live on her/his own (which is not how insects work, do your research people!), ended up on a critiquing blog.
